Drug Testing Issue Finalized
Today the Company posted a revision to the April 30th notice as part of the settlement regarding its desire to expand it testing policy. The Company has withdrawn its proposal to implement random drug testing, however the Company will beging June 15, 2009 testing all employees involved in a workplace accident/injury who go to occupational medicine, the emergency room, etc. The Company will also begin testing all employees who return from medical leave of over 30 days.
