On April 30, 2009 the Company posted a notice on the bulletin board that they planned to go forward with their plans to expand the existing policy. The Union negotiating committee is requesting (in writing) that the Company postpone its planned implementation and bargain in good faith with the Committee. We are awaiting their response.
